NOTE: Deliveries require at least 48 hours' notice, plus shipping costs calculated according to quantities and location.

Oysters should be kept in the fridge, preferably away from walls so they don't get too cold. so that they don't get too cold, in our upright box so that they don't lose too much water. too much water. After the purification date, which is on the packaging of the box, the oysters can be kept alive for 12 days out of the water, but we recommend not leaving them in for more than 7 days to ensure that they remain as they left their habitat.
